Seven Earths?

   i recently learned that Prophet Muhammad (saw) talked about seven earths, i'm really confused about the topic and need some clarification on what he meant. i've heard people say that it means seven layers of earth but that doesnt make sense since the word "flat" is mentioned, and others say its the seven continents but that doesnt seem right either, i just want some clarification please. is he talking about other planets like earth? or what? im really confused and its really bothering me so if somebody could anwser that would be great, thanks!

	Asalaam O Alaikum... Seven in Arabic also means Several.... So He (Saw) could very well be saying Several Earths, which means several planets like ours which are out there in the Universe and our Lord is the Lord of all of them.
