While asleep feeling a presence

   While sleeping ( the Quran is playing as I sleep ) I am awakened because my son has gone into the bathroom. At that moment I feel my duvet over my head and I can’t breathe . I try to shout my sons name as i can hardly breathe, I try to call out his name as I know he has gone to the bathroom and he will hear me but I can’t get the words out . This lasts about 2 seconds . Can anyone analyse what happened ? 
I had prayed before sleeping , I was in wudhu when I went to sleep . 
It was a bit scary, and I wondered if it was because I have had the Quran on during the night and it has attracted some strange jinn .I never have experienced anything like this .
