   As-salamu alaykum everyone,

I wanted to let you know that we've gone forward and issued the world's first fully-digital sukuk.

It's a genuine profit-participating debt instrument for the world's leading Brazil nut producer, issued under Luxembourg's securitisation laws and regulation, and available on the UK's FCA-regulated platform of Globacap. Because we did it fully digitally, we were able to offer the company the growth capital they need to expand their business at very reasonable projected returns for investors.

I hope this milestone in Islamic finance — bringing it to the cutting edge of digital transactions — is interesting for the group!
