Google, and I found all of these meanings:

Gifted speaker

Populous

Flourishing

First born son

Life

Alive

Long-lived

Long living

One who has a long
life

But surely they can�t
all be correct at the same time.

So my question is: which of these meanings are
the most correct?

	Asalaam O Alaikum Koopa, The word Zayd or Zaid means 'Abundance', it also means 'To Prosper' and 'To cause others to grow and prosper'. A name in Arabic may have 2 or more meanings. The fact to notice is that all meanings are positive and inshA'Allah the person adopting should try to make its meaning be reflected in his or her life.
