   The Day Of Light

1.11 am
an early morning 
with people snoring
as though it was boring

i seek for long the light
and sometime still 
i avoid its might

the light to ignite the senses
of mere slaves
towards the Almighty
the light to strengten me
for times i may crumble from within
the light to guide me
in the unmistakenly long road
with winding curves
bumps and also crumbs

faces of whom i knew
shines before me
with their words of gratitudes
and faces of pure, clean soul
bringing all memory
for which i began to lose
friends that bring light to your life

O Allah, let not me be astray anymore
for times i had so clumsily waste
help me to return to my true identity
one that always an entity
the true Muslim personality

Moments too many can be recall
in words nor fiures shall it falls
the sun shall nay forever rise
nor the moon for eternity shines
For only Him be
the Everlasting

There is no God except Allah, and Muhammad is His Messenger
