Assalamu alaikum.

Despite our claim of intellectualism and sincerity in devising a system of government that could bring peace and salvation to us, we are yet to smile and to stop shedding tears. If we were deaf, blind and heartless, we would not be crying and accusing one another for our failure. The recent economic crises and upheaval we are experiencing does not have a second indicator and proof of the necessity for us to go back to Allah and disengage ourselves from the system of governance set up by Nimrod[1].  Who would then be disregarding the proof and evidence supported by written history pointing to the Universality of the Islam of Allah and that success and failure are directly linked to obeying Allah. Glory be to Allah for His saying in holy Qurān, chapter 23:71, And if the truth had been in accordance with their desires, verily, the heavens and the earth, and whatsoever is therein would have been corrupted! Nay, We have brought them their reminder, but they turn away from their reminder.
Friendship.

Wassalam,

I tried to understand what you wrote despite of my bad english, Friendship. According to me, It is the first duty for human being to understand Allah. And, It is not difficult to understand Allah if you start from loving Him to understand. I am thirty years old and I saw I realised and I learned it is the most difficult thing to understand a person a human being a man or a woman i mean to understand eachother even you started from loving to understand. The wars, the tears are not because we dont understand eachother.

Can you make it clear explain little bit more what you meant by saying " accusing one another for our failures " ? I am talking about myself maybe but I will say that I think I did once and I turned later to accuse myself in order to understand neverthless... but i cant and there is nothing remained to accept as it is the desire of Allah and obey to Him but you should know that it is not easy even you understand and love Him because you cannot change anything if He desires so... so you become helpless even you understand Him. Thats why, it is not easy... and it becomes destiny so muslims live this helpless destiny for a long time without being deaf, blind and having a heart to understand the other one.......

Assalamu alaikum.

Probably I was a bit diplomatic and tactiful. The Qur'an is the Final Revelation to mankind for their guidance calling on them to accept it and impliment its Code of conduct. Usually the Muslims (followers of the last Messenger) tend to restrict it to themselves and if an issue arises they do not consult the People of the Book (those who believed in the OT and NT) on how that issue was explained according to their understanding. A Muslim is supposed to understand the OT and NT and compare it with the Qur'an. You here the People fo the Book accusing the followers of Muhammad and vice-versa of the disquiet and instability in the world. If we have understood the life of Muhammad Rasulullah in Madina, we could have achieved peace and prospered.  Madina was populated by the Jews and Yaman by the Christians. There was free dialogue with him and them  trying to make them understand the continuity of the Message.

salamu alaikum.
lets go back to the pillars of islam. " belief in His books". As muslims we must believe in the 4 books of ALLAH.
But remember the Holy Quran is the seal of all. if muslims do not consult the people of the book it is becoz everything i finalized in the Holy Quran.
WHat i know is that  most of the books in the bible were written by people who lived with Prophet Issa, in one way or the other they might have made mistakes so we do not consult the Bible often. although we believe in that holy book.
truly speaking, the  language in which the bible was originally  written is recommended since there is nothing like omition and modification as the Holy quran is always refared in Arabic language
"But those who believe and do righteous deeds are the best of all creatures."(surah98:7)
peace for all peace for the nation. To Allah indeed we are to return. SALAM

Answer. You  may not understand what I meant since you do not have the people of the Book in your monarchial Government (mulk tabi 'iyy). I am referring to chapter 2:211 and others and also the Sunna of the holy Prophet. If in countries where the People of the Book forming part of the aiministration are consulted on the Shari'a in the previous Messages, the conflict we see today would be a thing of the past. The Muslims portray the Final Shari'a as not part of the previous One's. This is our gretest mistake. The holy Propeht did not portray his Message as only referring to his followers.
