zakat issues no clue whasoever

Im 25 still studying for my final medical exam to become a doctor.my dad died in 2011 leaving me a younger brother and sister and one mother.he ran a small business which was blooming and booming but at its peak he left us.i just wanted you to know the details so it can help

I have not been able to pay zakat from 2011till now and eats me not too and I catn even sleep without thinking about it

We live in our own house with 1 car.i and brother started working on the business of which we knew nothing about as we both were studying professional degrees and father kept us away from this.

Well we have been cheated a lot and lost almost 80 percennt of our business due to some mistakes of others and a lot of ours we were cheated and illegally stripped of the legal property by dads partners who were more powerful and rich ofcourse than us plus I also had look into studies and my housejob similarly with my brother nnow I have oliabilities and property

1.CAN YOU TELL ME MY EXACT ZAKAT PER YEAR

2.WHAT SHOULD I DO OF ZAKAT OF 2011-2012 I MISSED

4.LIABILITIES ALL BUSISNESS TOTAL ---------- APPROXX  10000-12000 US $(ALL BUISNESS RELATED)(KEEPS CHANGING AS I KEEP PAYING THEM AND IT IS DECREASING SINCE MID 2012 BUT THEY RISE ACCORDINGLY DEPENDING UPON SEASONS OF OUR BUISNESS)BUT REMAIN TO THIS LEVEL MORE OR LESS
