I had a few copies of the Quran which I had purchased and then given to Afriican Muslims because I wasn't able to read it every day. I requested a free Quran a month or so ago from three different websites offering that service and haven't received any. Are these offers ligitimate or part of identify the muslim intelligence gathering?

Send another request, I'm sure it will come. Likely they are short on help these days. Most public libraries also have copies.
