Jews are allowed to visit but not allowed to pray there.
Why the Jews would want to pray in a mosque escapes me, but the question is, what are the muslims afraid of? If the God of the Jews is the same as allah, what are the muslims afraid of? Why would they be afraid for Jews to pray to their God on this Holy ground? It makes me think of a certain incident in the Biblical history. Muslims and Christians have no problems. And I think they wouldn't have a problem with the jews if they didn't want to demolish the Aqsa and build their temple.
