having difficulty in getting married

me and my elder sister is having problem in getting married especially after our our father's death ......other than us there is only my mother in my family and she wants us to get married only in nearby locality but the problem is there's a lot of shirq here and people follow lots of biddats in marriages  ...... we are purely against all such evil practices and want only true practising muslim grooms ......what do we do now?? .....how do we search such grooms for us??
