which Madhab???

   As-Salamu Alaikum. I just recently moved to UAE from the US. I was raised following the Hanafi Madthab. We went to some schools for my daughter, and one is very strict. They will not allow any form of mixture. When we first arrived at the school, we went into the office which was only men adminstrators and i was asked indirectly to leave the room and join the ladies in the next with the children. Which Madthab would they follow?
