Cutting Ties with Family Who Has Done Black Magic

   AsSalamuAlaikum,
It has been proven time and time again that my uncle (my father’s brother) has done black magic on my immediate family and I. His one and only goal is to make us miserable, and I will never be able to forgive him for this. I know the very serious punishment that comes with cutting off familial ties. But I would like to know, is there an exception in this case? I don’t want to have any relations with my uncle, and I don’t want my father to have any relations with him either, because all my uncle wants is our misery. But if it’s still haram to cut off ties with him, I’ll do my best to still continue relations with him. Please let me know what the answer is, and thank you in advance. JazakAllahu Khairan.
