Pronunciation of the arabic syntax below

   Someone advised me the say following for my wellbeing, I am not sure if i am pronouncing it correctly. 

Allah huma sulay wasalum alla syedna mohammadivn qud dua qat heelutee adrakni ya rasool allah.
