Unknown paper found

   I found a paper with some writing in Arabic , I don't know to read or write Arabic but got know that they are Arabic numbers in the paper . I found the paper under my bed and I don't know who kept the paper under my bed 

Can anyone explain me what's the meaning of the writing , should I throw away the paper or keep what's the intention is it harming me ?
