I agreed with you and I want to add these words, One day, in Mecca, the Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) dropped a bombshell on his followers: He told them that all people are created equal. “All humans are descended from Adam and Eve,” said Muhammad(P.B.U.H) in his last knowing public speech “There is no superiority of an Arab over a non-Arab, or of a non-Arab over an Arab, and no superiority of a white person over a black person or of a black person over a white person, except on the basis of personal piety and righteousness.” |

Indeed, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) emphasized equality among people regardless of race, stating that superiority lies only in piety. This underscores Islam's rejection of racism and discrimination. Additionally, his teachings on moderation in eating emphasize balance and self-discipline, promoting physical and spiritual well-being. Following these teachings fosters harmony, humility, and mindfulness in both personal conduct and social interactions. |
