Subject: Leaving for long period

Assalamu Alaikum,

I am leaving for a long period, say three months or more, and hope to come back after that. The multifarious responsibilities and hectic schedule allows me almost no time to continue doing the challenging job here properly.

I learnt a lot here from many knowledgeable participants, moderators and administrators by the grace of Allah. Acquisition of knowledge, however, should be a lifelong process, a journey of lifetime, and I will keep moving towards that end, insha Allah.

I expect and pray that this forum becomes a much better place where people visit from all over the world to seek knowledge about Islam, Muslims, and other issues. May Allah make it peaceful and intensely educational so that it may achieve its multi-dimensional aims.

Finally, I apologize to anyone who might have been offended in any way due to my actions or behaviour in the capacity of participant and moderator in spite of my sincere intentions to improve this place for everyone.

Please remember me in your supplications.

May Allah guide us all.

Peace

Peacemaker,

Next time, please get proper permission before you leave.  I mean, who knows when I might need to be properly moderated?  Welcome back.

Assalamu Alaikum and hi everyone,

Just some comments to share with you:

How could I be away for long when people are so kind here!

And how can I even think of leaving you seeing this affectionate treatment, Masha Allah.

May Allah guide us all.

Peace
