Thanks be to Allah the glorified , Who takes care - of us , and may prayers and peace be upon our leader the Prophet Mustafa Muhammad Al Amin ( P.B.UH ) and his Sahaba . This proclamation is sent from the slave who is poor to Allahu Subhaanahu Wa Ta 'Ala , Al Imaam Muhammad Ahmad Al Mahdi Ibn Abdullah ( A.S. ) to all his intimates who believe in Allahu Subhaanahu Wa Ta 'Ala , his Scripture and in great reward he has stored in the home of continuous comfort when they shall weet Allahu Subhaanahu Wa Ta 'Ala . O my sincere intimates , surely fasting is great . This moth of Ramadaan is a month of honor . You have to beware of it ; so that you may receive the reward of your fasting .

Proclamation Of Ramadaan

'' Surely The Reward Is Great Because The Faster Has Two Joys . One Of Them Is The Joy Of Meeting Your Sustainer .

Fasting Is The Gate Of Worship .

'' Fasting Is An Opening To The Gate Of The Heaven . If You Overstand That . Then Keep Your Fasting In Both The Outwardnes And The Inwardness . And By That Follows The Coming Instructions .

'' The First One ; To Lower Your Gaza To Women , And To Prohibit Not To Commit Blamable And Dislikable Behavior , Or Any Of That Which May Disturb Your Remebering Allahu Subhaanahu Wa Ta 'Ala '' .

'' A Gaze To Women Is Iblis's Arrow , May Allahu Subhaanahu Wa Ta 'Ala Curse Him . Who Does Not Commit Such A Gaze , Allahu Subhaanahu Wa Ta 'Ala Taste Him The Taste Of Believing , Which He Shall Find Its Sweetness In His Heart .

Secondly ; To Keep Your Tongue From Nonsense , Lying , Bacbiting , And Slander , Bad Words , Quarrelling .

'' You Have To Keep Your Tongue By Silence And Make It Busy By Remembering Allahu Subhaanahu Wa Ta 'Ala And Citing Of Qur'aan .

'' If You Are Fasting And Haven't To Say A Bad Word Or To Offer A Behavior Of Ignorance , '' And If There Is Anyone Who Is Aggressive Against You , Of If He Curses You , You Have To Say To Him For Two Times That '' Surely I Am Fasting .

'' Thirdly ; You Have To Let Your Ears Avoid Hearing Any Dislikeable Thing ; Because Everything Prohibited To Be Said Is Equally Foridden To Be Heard .

'' Fourthly ; To Control Your Other Limbs , Hands , Legs , Feet , Stomach Not To Do Wrong Things . Who Does Not Follow That Shall Be Like That Who Builds A Palace And Equally Destroys Another One .

'' Fifthly ; Not To Eat A Great Deal Of The '' Halal ' Food . There Is Not A Dish That Is Disliked As That One Which Is Filled With ''Halal ' Food , As It Is Cited . ''

'' And How Fasting Can Break Appetite If The Faster At The Moment Of Breaking Fast Compensates All That Passed Him Through The Day . ''

'' The Meaning Of Fasting Is To Break The Appetite So That The Heavens Of The Sustainer Might Be Opened By Shutting The Gate Of Shaytaan ( CH ) , Which Is Appetite . ''

'' Fasting Is To Break Longing So That The Soul Might Empower His Material Things .

'' If The Faster Continues Everynight To Have A Light Amount Of Food , It Would Make It Easy For Him To Recite His Portion Of Qur'aan And To Pray At Night , So That The Shaytaan ( C.H. )

, May Not Turn Around His Heart . Then He Can See The Heaven Of Allahu Subhaanahu Wa Ta 'Ala . And After He Can Empty His Heart From Everything Other Than Allahu Subhaanahu Wa Ta 'Ala ; Which Is The Goal Of Fasting .

'' Then You Have To Overstand That The Meaning Of Fasting Is To Get One Of The Morals Of Allahu Subhaanahu Wa Ta 'Ala Which Is Being Independent From Orhers . And To Be Like The Angels ( S.R.A. ) In Leaving The Selfish ( Likes ) . ''

'' Man's Rank Is Above Animals , And Then Below The Angels , Because He Is Subject To His Likes .

'' Sixthly ; At The Moment Of Breaking Fast , The Hear Of The Faster Has To Go To And Fro Between Fear And Hope ; He Does Not Know Yet If His Fasting Is Accepted By Allahu Subhaanahu Wa Ta 'Ala ; So That To Be One Of Those Whose Deeds Are Rewarded In Three Fold , Or Those Whose Fasting Is Going To Be Refused And Then He Shall Be One Of The Disliked .

'' It Is Said That There Were Two Women At The Time Of The Prophet Mustafa Muhammad Al Amin ( P.B.U.H ) Who Had Fasted , They Got Too Hungry And Thirsty To The Extent That They Were About To Die . They Asked The Prophet Mustafa Muhammad Al Amin ( P.B.U.H ) To Permit Them To Break Fast . He Sent Them A Dish And Called Them To Vomit What They Had Eaten . One Of Them Did Vomit Fresh Blood And So Did The Other , People Wondered . The Prophet Mustafa Muhammad Al Amin ( P.B.U.H ) Said ' ; Those Who Had Fasted From What Allahu Subhaanahu Wa Ta 'Ala ; Made Lawful And Break Fast From What Allahu Subhaanahu Wa Ta 'Ala Had Made Illegal , They Say With Each Other Backbiting Other People . '' That Was What The Two Women Vomited .

So Overstand , O My Sincere Intimates . It Is The Way Of Your Good Ancestors And Believers . Then Make Use The Change Of Honouring Ramadaan , And Get The Great Rewared Of It From Allahu Subhaanahu Wa Ta 'Ala The Merciful ; And Gain The Goods By Making Salaat And Supplicamented Calls , Re-Citing And Listening To Qur'aan , And To Continue Remembering Allahu Subhaanahu Wa Ta 'Ala , ''

Surely Reward In This Moth Is Three Fold . So Be Careful Not To Commit Wrongs And Make Much Of Remembering Allahu Akbar , And Prayers At Night ; May Peace Be Sent Upon You .

''And upon his believing , he also make it easy to give all the goodies that he has to the needy , because he believes that grace comes from Allahu Subhaanahu Wa Ta 'Ala , '' . Then on believing that , he always gives away . . Giving that non contimious grace and waiting for the continuous grace .

'' According To The Islaamic Policy Of Money . As It Is Cllarified , You Have To Pay One - Tenth Of Your Seeds '' .

''The Prophet Mustafa Muhammad Al Amin ( P.B.U.H ) Used to speand , the speanding of that man who did not apprehend poverty . It happened that he pledged his shield ; And the day of poverty were likable to him than those of comfort . That was because he had a pure intention to get righteousness and he knew that if you trust what Allahu Subhaanahu Wa Ta' Ala has promised you , You would then receive a high position .

'' It is disliked to chain your hands to your neck re-fusing to pay '' .

'' And it is likewish disliked to open your hand a complete opening ,

'' But it will be likable if you open your hand a complete opening for Allahu Subhaanahu Wa Ta' Ala has cause , As it was done by The Prophet Mustafa Muhammad Al Amin ( P.B.U.H ) , And his companions ; And by the people of perfection in every century .

'' But who is rebuked and denuded is that who opens his hand a complete opening but does not for the sake of Allahu Subhaanahu Wa Ta' Ala .

But who opens his hand for the cause of Allahu Subhaanahu Wa Ta' Ala shall be rewarded and Allahu Subhaanahu Wa Ta' Ala will give him a substitute ; And what is stored by Allahu Subhaanahu Wa Ta' Ala is better for him than what is in his hand . ''

'' Who behaves also shall find the reward of Allahu Subhaanahu Wa Ta' Ala .

'' Surely Allahu Subhaanahu Wa Ta' Ala will reward a substitute for any perishable loss you have suffered , And he will make you overtake the hopes that had passed you .

The real believer in Allahu Subhaanahu Wa Ta' Ala trusts him in all things ; He doesn't Trust those things other than Allahu Subhaanahu Wa Ta' Ala .

Allahu Subhaanahu Wa Ta' Ala is immortal but they are not . He is better than all things and he is more near to man than everything .

'' Man's being , Depends upon Allahu Subhaanahu Wa Ta' Ala and so his efforys ; And so are the other beings and things .

''And you shall be sure if you see the realities of things even money cannot stand by itself .

'' If you see that the best food does not beneft that whose mouth is shut by Allahu Subhaanahu Wa Ta' Ala and even if you stuff it into his larynx , It will not pass to his stomach . And even if it will not benefit him except on Allahu Subhaanahu Wa Ta' Ala agreement . You have to know that everything is depending on Allahu Subhaanahu Wa Ta' Ala and do not fall in illusion .
