asalaamu alaikum
I want to know if there are any other greetings towards muslim women other than asalaamu alaikum.

Wa'laikum Salam wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu

There is no such different greeting. Even women require "peace". infact more Smile

I don't believe seeks answered you at all.  My guess is that seeks choses to be gender nuetral in order to avoid trouble from what comes in being either gender.  If seeks wanted you to know his/her gender then he/she would tell you directly.  I don't think this is any kind of a game or competition to find out.  It is better to just respect seeks decision to be gender nuetral.  Correct me if I'm wrong seeks.  This is just what I surmized.

Brister Seeks is right. Smile Just a simple As'sallumalaikum will do. . .
 
As for the last sentence, I didnt get it! Confused
