Awful report but then it begs the question...is Czech Republic part of the "civilized world" that gets bandied about so often by our guests of the forum, you know who?

Tell me about it!! I just finished reading an article about the 4 American teenagers who killed a woman and injured her daughter in a pre-meditated murder... FOR FUN! That psycho kid said he wanted to kill, was a fan of Charles Manson, and fantasized about how the News Crew would cover his story... he killed her with a MACHETE! and this other kid just watched...
