I want to start working out at the gym, but as a Muslim woman, how should I dress. I know that I shouldn't show parts of my body. How should I dress? If there are men present, should I work out?Big%20smile

Find a women only gym in your city?

Salam want2know

Congrats on making an effort to be healthy.

Go for comfy, loose fitting clothing. Wearing spandex is a no. That is to say it doesn't really cover us in that the shape of the body is revealed.

If you can't get work out equipment for home us try the best as possible to join a female gym. Even so, at a female gym, of course, avoid changing/showering in the locker rooms.

Use the dress code of the country where the gym is located.
