They do not want our children to be educated about Islam. Slowly they try to shut down or hinder us to open any kind of educational institution.
So, for this reason, only in two major german citys, Munich and Berlin, Muslims succeeded in installing a primary school. Both are mentioned in press only negatively, often with false allegations. The school authorities controlled time and again - and they know there was nothing wrong with the school, on the contrary, muslim children - as being often non-german - had better chances of success than in comparable schools.
But under the pressure of the secret service (in Germany called: office for protection of the constitution), they constructed an order that will hinder the school from opening after the summer holidays if the court will not decide in favour of the school - and do it soon enough.
Many of the teachers and the parents, especially those not being german, have been "invited" by the secret service or police to be questioned about their believes, why the work at that school or send their children there...
For many years all masjids have been arranging lessons in quran-reading, basic arabic and knowledge about the five tenets, praying and so on for children. Mostly these take place on saturdays or sundays, but often there were offers of full time teaching in the holidays. During the last years, many places where these holiday-lessons were held, were molested by the so called authorities, with differing reasons. Actually, the line is to make everybody who teaches children for a speacial permission, and of course they will not grant it to the muslim associations. One of the government officials announced inofficially that in the next year they will also start on the weekend-schooling.
I write about these things because I noticed that what is happening in Germany goes too often unnoticed by other muslims.
