There is a document being circulated on the Internet that claims to be a draft of the proposed new constitution for Libya:

Does anyone know where it came from?

The http://www.tehrantimes.com/index.php/middle-east/1888 - Tehran Times claims that it is from the Libyan Transitional National Council (TNC). The TNC's English language Web site is hopelessly out of date.
