They are the permanent voting block of the criminally corrupt ruling party of that Islamic republic or in my book godforsaken land. The President of that country has billions piled up in overseas enterprises while his votaries are in misery for the world to feel sorry or guilty about! They are being kept that way by design so the master has a control over his slaves, the monsoons notwithstanding which are a yearly cycle in that part of the world.
