First you need to face Kabah, this is known as Qayam. The space between the feet should not be too much. Then say about praying two rakah Fard. This part in known as Niyat or intention.
Take you hands higher to both ears and touch the lobes of each ear, say Allah Hoo Akbar. Do place the hands on right navel on top left hand. It would be similar to locking the left hand or wrist. Then read Subhana Kalla Humma, then read Aaoo Zoo Billahee Minash Shaitanur Rajeem and then Bismilah. After this read Surah Fatiha, say Ameen and wait for a short period of time. After this read Bismillah and wait for a short while.
Recite the Surah from Holy Quran and then say Allah Hoo Akbar, put your hand on knee and bend and say Subhana Rabbiyal Azeem at least three times. Now say Allah Hoo Akbar and go to Sajdah. All the hand fingers must be close to facing Kaabah. You can certainly put pressure on the bone of nose and it must feel the hardness of earth. Real Subhana Rabbiyal Aala three times, now sit down on your left foot go back to Sajdah and do the same. After the completion of second Sajdah go back to Qayam. Read again Soorah Fatiha and then say Ameen. Then read any Surah from the three Ayahs, i-e Surah al-Kausar, Surah al �Falaq and Surah Naas.
After doing Sajdah, go to sitting position. Read the Attayyato Lillahe and when you reach at Ashadu An La then raise your finger facing upwards by closing the fist and then drop take it to the original position. Read and recite the durood shareef and look to right and say �Assalamo Alaikum Wa Rehmatullah and then turn to left side and repeat the same.
