Appart from moaning about Islam being open to all to understand themselves and not needing to rely upon a teacher what has stopped???

Expected shortly;

Lab grown organs to replace worn out ones. Organ transplants without any trouble with rejection or immune problems as they will be grown from your own DNA. 5 years if we are lucky, probably 15.

Driverless cars. Get in and fall asleep. 3 years.

Asteroid capture and mining. This will be the greatest single jump in human wealth ever. Resources will be practically infinite and very cheap. The best of the electric cars such as Tessla cars will be cheaper than petrol ones.

New materials. Graphine promises to be strong than steel, super conductive of electricity, and cheap. Super conducting materials will allow many things to be done almost magically. These will include making the magnetic fields needed for decent fusion reators work, thus very cheap power without any polution.
