Pregnant without nay idea of traditions of Islamic observances, communal or strict laws

Any advice for a pregnant woman?
what to do and what not to?
what to eat and what not to?
after birth traditions and religious observances?
and similar Islamic stances and ideas....
but not only for myself also for others
