is there anything in islamicity forum which indicates the gender of a member? i am asking this because so many members in this forum call other members by brother and sister. how do they know that the member is male or female? for example, by reading one of posts i got to know that mishmish is female because in that post someone called her sister mishmish. ------------- It is better to be alone than to be in bad company. |

wats the use?call everyone brother.If the concerned person happened to be sister and she dont mind, then well and fine.But if she do-then like smart Tom edit your post.
when u edit, an indicator will appear.But it is very small so it wont matter. PS>I had tried this experiment many a time in the past, be assured. |

Bismillah, Brother Salman, You also asked how we know, and it is the same way that you know. We have noticed through their comments or through others comments to them what gender people are.
