Yes especially Brazilian Jiu Jitsu but I think you should choose a female only class with female instructor also because it's not good to wrestle around so close with guys.

yes but choose a school a Brazilian jiu jitsu academy that does some self defense focused classes as well as sport. Choose the correct male training partners and you will be ok and comfortable IMO.
