I'm a 25 year old Muslim man and have always contacted Allah for everything

But since age 17 I'm suffering from various mental disorders such as ROCD and Bipolar Disorder these thoughts about life keep recurring in my head and I cant get rid of them they even wanna make me commit suicide sometimes....

I am married and have a wife and I swear in Allah's name I love her with all my heart but lately my mind keeps whispering to me Im not a good human Im not a loyal person it makes me doubt myself.. I dont look at other women but when I accidentally catch a glimpse of them again I think its my fault I just need help

I prayed a lot of times to Allah and kept contacting him but nothing worked so far... I just cant get over the feeling that Im not a good person for my wife I just wanna be my best for her I love her and I dont wanna be the bad guy Please help me
