Ibn 'Abbas reported that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Three things are not concealed and He forgives everything else to whomever He wills: the one who dies and has not associated anything with Allah, the one who was not a sorcerer nor a follower of the sorcerers, and the one who did not have rancour towards his brother

Does this mean mean that every other sin is forgiven except these 3 things?

Even with repentence?

Allahu Alim (Allah knows best).  The best answer to your question is answered in the hadith.  So the best answer is that if it is Allah's will.
