Swearing or using foul language is considered inappropriate and discouraged. The Quran emphasizes the importance of speaking kindly and avoiding vulgar speech. The Quran states: "Successful indeed are the believers: those who humble themselves in prayer; those who avoid idle talk" (Quran 23:1-3). This verse of the Quran advises believers to turn away from ill speech, indicating the importance of maintaining a respectful and dignified manner of communication. As true believers, we should use our words to promote understanding, kindness, and positive interactions with others. We are encouraged to strive for excellence in our speech and to avoid language that is offensive, hurtful, or disrespectful to others.
