Assalamu Alaikum:

CAme across an interesting article on BeliefNet that basically said that we the Peaceful Muslims are as guilty as the Germans who did not agree with Hitler's actions.  Do you agree?  Why or why not?? What do you think we should do?

"Peace be to all,
I disagree with the blogger about the "Peaceful Muslims" being guilty because they "tolerate" the fanatics that do the Atrocities in the name of Islam. They are no more guilty than the Christians who do nothing while some of their own fanatical zealots murder people by bombing abortion clinics or saying that all Jews are guilty because innocent people in Palestine dont have a place to sleep because the Israelis bulldoze their homes. Remember the words of Jesus from your New Testament: Judge not that ye not be judged, for with what measure you use you shall also be measured. I am a Muslim and condemn the fact that there are those who commit atrocities and cite our Creator: He will deal with them in His own way and time.
