Actually we are scouts of a Special Ally

calling us the noblest and invincible they lie

The French have brought up British taught musketry

and Americans have promised us to standby

not bound to an ally or might has been fight

it is a lesson from nature that we deny

have to remain cool on the frying pan of Saladin

we have a day to rest and the other is to try

taste a battlefield and fun of a chatting gun

how do you want a war but not one to die.
