Asalaam Alikum

The distance between Makkah and Karbala is about 1300 miles, it is confirmed date that Hz. Hussain[ra] left Makkah after 9th of Zilhijjah and according to shia historians he arrived in Karbala on or before 1st of Muharrum, Hz. Hussain spent around ten day at this spot which ended in his and supporters shahadat.

As Hijra month can not be more than 30 days, it give Hz. Hussain and his caravan of women and children with adults about 19 to twenty days to reach Karbala, during this time many incident happened, this also include his meeting with Hur Bin Yazid and his army, and they spent few days togather, where Hur's army performed Salah behind Hz. Hussain[ra].

Shia also claim that the life of the imam was threatened by Yazid, this mean that Hz. Hussain[ra] must have been very cautious when traveling towards Kufa, to avoid detection by Khalif's scouts. The terain it self was very rugged.

In conclusion my question is, is it possible to make this joourney in 19/20 days?
