QUICK LESSONS:
Fast on the thirteeth, fourtheenth and fiftheenth day of every month known as 'Al Bid'.

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad commanded his followers to fast three days of every month known as ‘Al-Bid’ which are the thirteenth, fourteenth and fifteenth day. This is a way for Muslims to practice self control and discipline in their lives by abstaining from food and drink during these days. It is also a way for them to remember Allah and be thankful for all that He has provided them with. By fasting on these days, Muslims can also gain spiritual rewards from Allah such as forgiveness of sins or increased blessings in their lives.
