"He said: "Let him work with his hands and benefit himself and give in charity". It was said: "What if he cannot do that?" He said: "Let him help someone who is in desperate need". It was said: "What if he cannot do that?" He said: "Let him enjoin good". It was said: "What if he cannot do that? He said: "Let him refrain from doing evil, for that is an act of charity".

Giving charity is an important part of being a Muslim. It is not only about giving money or material items to those in need, but also about helping people in any way possible. This hadith teaches us that even if we cannot find something to give away, we can still benefit ourselves and others by doing good deeds and refraining from evil. We should strive to do as much good as possible for our fellow human beings, whether it be through giving money or simply offering kind words or advice. Doing so will bring us closer to Allah and help us become better Muslims. Additionally, this hadith reminds us that even small acts of kindness are considered acts of charity in the eyes of Allah. Therefore, we should always strive to do what is right no matter how small the action may seem at first glance.
