Respect your elders, be generous with your possessions .

This hadith is about Umm Sulaim collecting the sweat of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ while he was lying on a leather mat. When he saw her doing this, he asked her what she was doing and she replied that she wanted to put it in her perfume. He smiled at this response, showing his approval for what she did. This hadith teaches us that we should respect our elders and show them love by honoring their belongings even if they are seemingly insignificant things like sweat or hair clippings as these are still part of them. We should also be generous with our possessions as Umm Sulaim showed when giving away some of her perfume to store the Prophet's ﷺ sweat in it.
