Ask for help when needed; Treat others kindly and fairly; Turn to Allah for protection; Do not be ashamed of asking for help; Do not cause harm or distress to others .

This hadith is narrated by Abu Hurairah and it teaches us to seek refuge in Allah from poverty, want, humiliation and wronging others or being wronged. It is important to remember that we should always turn to Allah for help in times of need. We should not be ashamed of asking for help when we are struggling financially or facing any other kind of hardship. We must also strive to treat others kindly and fairly so that we do not cause them harm or distress. The Prophet Muhammad [SAW] taught us that if we seek refuge in Allah from these things then He will protect us from them.
