EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by 'Aishah tells us that the Prophet Muhammad used to recite a special prayer after finishing his prayers. This prayer was one of peace and blessing for himself. He would say "O Allah, You are As-Salam, and from you is As-Salam. You are blessed, O One of Magnificence and Generosity". This shows us that the Prophet Muhammad was humble in his worship to Allah and sought His blessings upon himself. It also teaches us that we should always seek peace in our lives as well as blessings from Allah for ourselves. We should also be grateful for all the blessings we have been given by Him.
