Ask for forgiveness multiple times throughout your day.

The hadith of Al-Agharr al-Muzani and Musaddad speaks about the importance of seeking forgiveness from Allah. It is narrated that the Prophet Muhammad said that his heart was invaded by unmindfulness, and he asked Allah's pardon a hundred times in the day.
