Seek protection from Allah ; Remembering Allah ; Follow instructions given by Prophet Muhammad ; Recite Quran regularly .

In this hadith narrated by Uqbah ibn Amir, it is mentioned that the Prophet Muhammad commanded him to recite the last two surahs of the Qur'an after every prayer. These two surahs are known as Mu'awwidhatan and they are a form of protection from Allah against all forms of evil.
