Avoiding Sorrow and Sadness

SUMMARY: The hadith is about avoiding sorrow and sadness.

The aforesaid tradition has also been transmitted by Abu al-Yusr through a different chain of narrators. This version adds: "and from sorrow".
حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُوسَى الرَّازِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنِي مَوْلًى، لأَبِي أَيُّوبَ عَنْ أَبِي الْيَسَرِ، زَادَ فِيهِ ‏ "‏ وَالْغَمِّ

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith teaches us to avoid sorrow and sadness in our lives. It is narrated by Abu al-Yusr, who tells us that we should stay away from grief and forgetfulness. We should strive to be content with what we have, as this will bring us peace of mind. We should also remember that Allah has promised us a reward for every difficulty we face in life, so it is important to remain patient during difficult times. Furthermore, it is important to remember that Allah knows best what is good for us, so even if something bad happens in our lives, it may be part of a greater plan which will ultimately benefit us in the long run.
