Turn to God for protection and help when faced with illness or difficulty .

The hadith narrated by Anas ibn Malik tells us that the Prophet Muhammad used to seek refuge in Allah from certain diseases such as leprosy, madness, elephantiasis and other evil diseases. This hadith teaches us that we should always turn to Allah for help and protection in times of need.
