QUICK LESSONS:
Throw stones at three pillars known as jamrat during hajj .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about a question asked to Ibn Abbas by AbuMijlaz regarding throwing stones at the Jamrahs during Hajj. Ibn Abbas did not know if it was six or seven pebbles that were thrown by Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. During Hajj, pilgrims throw stones at three pillars known as jamrat which symbolizes stoning of Satan. This act is done to remember Ibrahim's faith in Allah and his willingness to sacrifice his son Ismail for Allah's sake. It also serves as a reminder for us to reject Satan's temptations and stay away from sinning. The values taught in this hadith are faith, obedience, and submission to Allah’s will.
