EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks of the importance of prayer in Islam. It tells us that even the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was not immune to forgetting things during his prayers. He forgot to ask how many rak’ahs he offered in his prayer. This teaches us that we should always strive for perfection in our prayers but if we forget something or make a mistake, it is okay as long as we try our best and have good intentions. We should also remember that Allah will forgive us for any mistakes we make while praying if our hearts are sincere and pure.
