EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the blessings of food and fasting. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) visited Sa'd ibn Ubaydah and brought bread and olive oil to eat. After eating, he prayed for blessings on Sa'd's food so that those who fasted could break their fast with it, those who are pious can eat it, and angels can pray for its blessing. This hadith teaches us to be generous in sharing our food with others as it will bring us blessings from Allah. It also encourages us to be mindful of our actions when we are eating or preparing meals as this will bring us closer to Allah's mercy. We should also remember that even small acts of kindness such as sharing a meal can have great rewards in this life and hereafter.
