Charms and Possessions Related to Devil's Work

SUMMARY: Charms and possessions are related to the work of the devil.

Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah: The Messenger of Allah was asked about a charm for one who is possessed (nashrah). He replied: It pertains to the work of the devil.
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَقِيلُ بْنُ مَعْقِلٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ وَهْبَ بْنَ مُنَبِّهٍ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ عَنِ النُّشْرَةِ فَقَالَ ‏ "‏ هُوَ مِنْ عَمَلِ الشَّيْطَانِ
