Turning to Allah SWT through prayer during times of difficulty , Taking care of loved ones by offering support during difficult times , Seeking comfort from Allah SWT through supplication .

This hadith speaks of a special practice that Prophet Muhammad PBUH used to do when he was in pain. He would recite certain supplications known as mu’awwadhat in his heart and blow them over himself. His wife A’ishah also did this for him, reciting the same supplications over him and wiping him with her hands in order to bless him with healing. This hadith teaches us that we should turn to Allah SWT through prayer whenever we are suffering from any kind of physical or emotional pain, as it is a powerful source of comfort and healing. It also shows us how important it is to take care of our loved ones by offering them support during difficult times.
