Respect the sanctity of mosques by refraining from certain activities such as using it as a thoroughfare, unsheathing weapons etc., treat them with reverence & connect with Allah SWT through prayer & supplication.

The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) taught us that there are certain activities which should not take place in a mosque. These include using it as a thoroughfare, unsheathing weapons, drawing bows and shooting arrows, carrying raw meat, carrying out prescribed punishments or retaliatory punishments and using it as a marketplace. This hadith teaches us to respect the sanctity of mosques by refraining from these activities and treating them with reverence. We should also remember that mosques are places of worship where we can go to seek guidance from Allah SWT and connect with Him through prayer and supplication.
