Uphold justice and respect women's rights; Protect and provide equal opportunities for all people regardless of gender or background; Follow rulings set by Prophet Muhammad regarding matters such as unconsummated marriages .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks to the rights of women in unconsummated marriages. If a man marries but does not consummate his marriage or specify his wife's dowry before he passes away then she is still entitled to her dowry and inheritance as well as observing her waiting period before remarrying. The Prophet Muhammad also passed down rulings concerning this matter for Birwa bint Washiq which shows that these rights are important for all women regardless of their social standing or background. This hadith serves as an example for us to follow when it comes to protecting and upholding the rights of women in our society today.
